DISH Network Terms and Conditions

DISH Business Advantage: Requires 24-month qualifying programming purchase (minimum of News & Finance, Kids & Education or Entertainment). Restrictions apply, including business verification and monthly fees for additional receivers. If qualifying service is terminated prior to end of 24 months, a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $240 or $10 per month for each cancelled month of service will apply. DISH Network retains ownership of equipment. Programming offers require participation in DISH Business Advantage with 24-month commitment to minimum qualifying programming. Customers are required to purchase Eligible Commercial Programming for the length of their service period, but are not required to remain active with Eligible Commercial Programming for any defined period of time. To exercise this option, a customer must sign the No Commitment (DBA) DISH Business Advantage Promotion Agreement (the "DBA Promotion Agreement").

All prices, packages and programming subject to change without notice. Local and state sales taxes may apply. Where applicable, equipment rental fees and programming are taxed separately. All DISH Network programming, and any other services that are provided, are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotional agreement and Commercial Customer Agreement, available at www.dishnetwork.com/commercial or upon request. Local Channels packages by satellite are only available to customers who reside in the specified local Designated Market Area (DMA). Local channels may require an additional dish antenna from DISH Network.
